Chilloa Horne Caswell, native born and raised in Belfast, comes from several generations of local business owners. After a career as an Investment Broker for a Boston firm, she moved back to the Belfast area to marry and raise a family. A career in education followed and blended very nicely with the family focus and community involvement she so enjoys. As her family approached college age, she pursued a new career in real estate brokerage which satisfied her natural instinct for assisting people in their pursuit of long and short term investments through the purchase of real estate.
